Solids & Sludge Handling Made Easy

Efficient solids handling and dewatering is more important than ever as disposal options for many wastes become fewer and more expensive.  Theia offers efficient and cost effective solutions for addressing virtually any type of solids.

EZ Sludge: EZ sludge utilizes specially designed Geotube Filters which automatically dewater sludge that is pumped into them. This system does not require an operator and can be scaled up or down to accommodate virtually any flow of solids. EZ Sludge Plus utilizes conditioned high velocity air to achieve dry solids that outperform any other technology in the industry automatically with no operator attention.

Polymer Feed: All dewatering systems rely on the proper preconditioning. Good dewatering begins with the right polymers and the proper mixing. Theia can provide polymers & polymer blending and feed systems for sale or rental.

PFAS, VOC’s, ETC: Solids and sludges can often contain water soluble compounds that need to be contained. Theia offers solutions to adsorb these contaminants and keep them with the sludge while keeping the sludge from leaching off anything.
