Packaged Wastewater Systems

The Prometheus Wastewater Treatment System represents a revolution in treatment design and energy conservation.   The compact  zero waste design allows it to be used virtually anywhere.  The simplicity of operation and minimized maintenance and operator attention allows the system to be utilized in applications and locations which conventional treatment technologies could not be used.

By flipping the process, our team has designed a treatment system that is more efficient and far more cost effective than conventional treatment systems.  The system is available in multiple designs and scopes to fit the wastewater, the customer and the budget.

Treatment process:  The process starts with a unique advanced filtration process as the primary treatment which removes suspended and dissolved solids.  As needed secondary treatment is designed to meet the requirements of the site.  Whether it is direct discharge to surface water, groundwater, or reuse of the treated wastewater, Prometheus offers an option and can meet the challenge.

Discharge water in both cases is clean enough to be used for a variety of reuse options including irrigation or as feed for industrial or commercial uses where allowable.

Solids removed from the wastewater are dewatered using an EZ-Sludge dewatering system.  These fully dewatered solids can be transported off site or can be treated further.

We offer on site, anaerobic digestion as an option which will reduce the organic volume by up to 95% while extracting the nutrients for use or sale.  The system will generate methane which can be used to power a CHP system or simply used as heat.
